A piece of fen ground of about 8 acres also in Ramsey abutting the land of Mary Overall to the north, land of William Avery to the east and the drove way to the south. With appurtenances, reversions and remainders etc. Transaction: 1) grants, releases and confirms the property to 2), who is already in actual possession of the property by virtue of a bargain and sale dated the previous day. To be held of the chief lord of the fee by the rents and services anciently due and rights accustomed. Consideration: £35 paid by 2) to 1) before the sealing of this indenture.
