Property: No.3 Capland Street in the parish of Marylebone, Middlesex.
Recital: Certain premises were put up for sale in 12 lots at auction by John Feltham, Samuel Hayhurst Lucas, Charles Lushington and Robert Ingram last 17th June (i.e. 17 June 1851). Henry Speedy was the purchaser of the largest parcel of that land at that auction (lot 5) and the muniments of title were delivered to him accordingly. James Paddon purchased lot 7 at that auction, 3 Capland Street. Henry Speedy now covenants with James Paddon to produce the title deeds to the property purchased by James Paddon if required.
