2) Samuel Beere of Holbeton in the county of Devon, yeoman.
Property:
A capital messuage known as Barton and farm known as Calston or Calsington in the parish of Holbeton, now in the possession of Gilbert Beere father of Samuel Beere. With all buildings, lands and other appurtenances pertaining thereto.
Transaction:
1) grants to 2) the property specified. [hath granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, demised, released, confirmed and forever quitclaimed].

Seal: Signed and sealed by Richard Hillersdon.
Endorsement: Memorandum that a deed of bargain & sale (i.e the lease) for the said property for one year bearing the date 19 Aug 1675 was sealed and delivered by Richard Hillersdon.
