Parties: 1) Samuel Beere of Holbeton in the county of Devon, yeoman
2) Richard Hillersdon esq. of Membland in the county of Devon
Property: The capital messuage called Barton and the farm known as Calston or Calsington in the parish of Holbeton with all lands, rights, reversions etc pertaining to them, and all deeds, writings, covenants, muniments etc which concern the said property in possession of Saumel Beere to be copied out at the expense of Richard Hillersdon.
Transaction: 1) grants, releases and confirms to 2) the property specified, who is already in actual possession of the property by virtue of a bargain and sale (the lease) dated the previous day.
