With all buildings, lands, rights, appurtenances etc pertaining. Transaction: By deed of bargain and sale dated 4 days previously, 2) transferred the property specified to 1) for a consideration of £4100. By this covenant, 1) agrees to repay to 2) the capital sum by instalments as specified, or to pay interest on the capital sum. Also by this covenant, 1) transfers the property to 2) for a term of 3000 years, although 1) remains in actual possession of the property, provided he continues to meet the agreed repayments or interest. The condition is that if 1) repays the capital sum in full this deed is null and void.
