Description	The Student Study was a sub-study of the MRC National Survey of Health and Development (NSHD), involving NSHD study members who began a university course. Initially data collection was carried out by postal questionnaire. Many students were then selected to be interviewed by survey staff, which happened in groups of about 5 or 6.
