Description	The 'D' booklet section of the main questionnaire that was used to collect data from study members of the MRC National Survey of Health and Development (NSHD) during the 1972 round of data collection. This section asked NSHD study members about their parents, their spouses, and their in-laws. These questionnaires include instructions for interviewers, who collected the data from NSHD study members during home visits.
