Title	Grant applications: 1989 data collection fieldwork

Description	Papers regarding an application from the MRC National Survey of Health and Development (NSHD) to the Medical Research Council (MRC) for funding to carry out the fieldwork for the NSHD's 1989 data collection. This file includes: - correspondence with the MRC; - an extract from an MRC Neurosciences Board meeting regarding the application for 1989 fieldwork funding; - the NSHD's written response to the Neurosciences Board comments; - referees' comments on the NSHD grant application; - the NSHD's written response to the referees' comments; - the actual funding application from the NSHD; - budgetting and planning notes for the fieldwork. The grant application includes a brief proposal for funding for a collaborative project between the MRC Dunn Nutrition Unit and NSHD, for a researcher to use NSHD data to analyse energy and major nutrient intakes for large a large population.
