Title	1989 data collection: Nurse training documents and correspondence

Description	Correspondence with nurses, and various papers regarding their training, who took part in the 1989 data collection for the MRC National Survey of Health and Development (NSHD). File contains: - fictitious examples of letters sent to study members, as part of the nurses’ training; - fictitious examples of completed questionnaires and contact sheets; - handwritten notes on the disability and women’s health sections; - a ‘Measurement Protocols’ instructions booklet; - various blank forms and template letters, including template letters to nurses with updates on the progress of the fieldwork; - pay rates for nurses; - a blank copy of the ‘Disability Supplementary Questions’ booklet; - a draft briefing programme.
