Title	1999 data collection: General planning papers

Description	Planning papers for the 1999 data collection of the MRC National Survey of Health and Development (NSHD). These papers are mainly concerned with drafting the questions to be used on the CAPI (Computer-Assisted Personal Interview), how the nurses should carry out out the CAPI, and how nurses should take biological samples from NSHD study members. This file contains: - internal notes; - draft questionnaires; - agendas and other papers for nurse briefings; - correspondence with Social and Community Planning Research (SCPR), an organisation that carried out data collection on the NSHD’s behalf; - meeting notes; - a draft information booklet about genetic data and the NSHD.
