Title	NSHD birthday cards: Template letters

Description	Template letters used by staff at the MRC National Survey of Health and Development (NSHD) to send to NSHD study members who had sent in responses to the birthday card. File also includes one letter which accompanied the birthday card one year. Some of these letters are in draft form. Birthday cards have been sent to NSHD study members every year in March, since 1962.
