Appended to the report is a copy of Captain Milne, An Appeal to Her Most Gracious Majesty the Queen; a Daughter of Japheth, on behalf of tribes innumerable - now under the British Sceptre - the uncivilized, wandering, and forlorn decendents of Shem, (Liverpool: Harris & Co, 1839).
