<p>Enclosed are a clipping from <i>The Gentleman's Journal and Gentlewoman's Court Review</i>, titled "Work and Homes for Physically Defective Girls", (September 1910), plus a typescript titled "Island Colonies", proposing the establishment of work colonies.</p>
