Description	Original watercolour paintings of the poppy petals made by Eva Biggs, who was Francis Galton's great-niece. The petals were painted individually and mounted on a large board with annotations relating to the reproduction of the images on the reverse. Also two smaller printed copies used as proofs for illustrations.
