Description<p>Contains 24 letters between medical publishers H K Lewis & Co. Ltd. and L S Penrose regarding his book <i>On the Objective Study of Crowd Behaviour</i>. The letters cover issues such as the renaming of the book, originally titled "On the Arithmetical Study of Crowd Behaviour"; the correction of proofs; arrangements for sending copies of the finished book to Penrose; and agreements to translate the book into French.</p>
