AdminHistory	The Deaf Welfare Examination Board was established in 1929. The Board resulted from merging the Joint Examination Board of the Central Advisory Council for Spiritual Care of the Deaf and Dumb, plus the National Council of Missioners and Welfare Officers to the Deaf.
