AdminHistoryThe Reverend Albert Smith was chaplain of the Royal Association in Aid of the Deaf and Dumb (now known as the Royal Association in Aid of Deaf People). Smith started and edited the Association's magazine 'Ephpatha'. In 1941 he was became a Prebendary of St Paul's.
