AdminHistoryThis British milling company in Chile was in existence from 1913 to 1971. It was at one time a subsidiary of Balfour Williamson & Company, and was later taken over by the Bank of London and South America. The Santa Rosa Milling Company took over some other milling companies during its lifetime. The company went into voluntary liquidation in 1971.
AcquisitionDeposited on permanent loan in June 1980 by Lloyds Bank International.
