| Description | A book of minutes of the National Executive Committee of the Trades Advisory Council (TAC), covering meetings held between 14 January 1943 and 19 March 1945. This minute book has been created by sticking copies of typed pages of minutes into a blank volume. The meetings were held in various locations around London, monthly, and cover the following regular items:
- the formation of subcommittees, and reports from the subcommittees;
- the terms of reference of the Committee;
- the constitution of the TAC, and its relationship to the Board of Deputies;
- membership;
- discussion over the General Secretary’s report;
- finances and appeals;
- reports from regions around the UK. |
