For one meeting, the chairman of the working group was Maurice Orbach MP, who was also the General Secretary of the Trades Advisory Council (TAC), although he seems to have participated in the Working Group as an MP rather than as a member of the TAC. However, another member of the Working Group did attend some of these meetings as a TAC member.
