The signs say 'Deutsche! Wehrt Euch! Kauft nicht bei Juden!', which translates as 'German! Defend yourselves! Do not buy from Jews!' This happened during a one-day boycott of Jewish businesses on 1 April 1933, organised by the Nazi leadership in Germany.
