Includes: Drafts of the CID's memorandum submitted to the Committee and written by a CID 'drafting committee', with correspondence and comments by members of the CID Survey of courses provided by the Institutes of Education for the session 1960-1961 Responses to a questionnaire circulated by Professor Wagner, Chair of the CID, designed to illicit the views of the Institutes of Education on the 'education and training of teachers of all kinds' and 'higher education in general'.
