Description	Correspondence with the Ministry of Education and Professor J W Tibble, Director of the Department of Eduation at the University of Leicester regarding the work of the Committee on Courses of Further Study and suggestions that its role should come under the work of the CID. The discussion came about after papers regarding a proposed Certificate in the teaching of a specific subject in secondary schools by the University of Durham, Institute of Education were sent to Professor Wagner as Chairman of the CID. Professor Tibble was the Chair of the Committee on Courses of Further Study.
