Description	Correspondence with the Department of Education and Science (DES) and colleges of education, and papers regarding a draft of a circular on the relationship between colleges of education and school with specific reference to the teaching practice placements. The draft circular was circulated to members of the CID for discussion and feedback to be sent to the DES. As part of this work the CID collated responses from colleges of education regarding their own relationships with schools.
