Description	Minutes of meetings held between February 1973 and October 1974. The group was established after the Open University had asked Standing Committees C and D to advise on future inservice courses at the university. Members of the standing committees did not feel that they were in a position to advise the Open University and, as a result, a joint sub committee was established. It September 1973 it was recommended that the committee should continue to work to discuss 'matters of mutual concern'.
