In-Service education and training for teachers: a basis for discussion' by the Department of Education and Science. The response was written by Joyce Skinner after discussions with Michael Pipes, John Sayer and Phyllis Taylor. Includes a copy of the DES publication, a draft of Skinner's responses and correspondence between Skinner and the other contributors.
