Subjects include: Part-time BEd courses in London Selection of students for BEd courses Training of teachers of the 'mentally handicapped' Minimum qualifications for entrance to colleges of education Course fees for the BEd College targets Payment of fees to college lecturers Provision of Inservice BEd courses across the Institutes of Education (Area Training Organisations) Meeting held by the Royal Society to consider the possibility of preparing a memorandum on teacher training for science, mathematics and technology teachers in secondary schools held October 1970 Plans for a paper by the Department of Education and Science (DES) on 'some aspects of the education of immigrants' and in particular the section 'the contribution of initial training and of the in-service training of teachers.
