Related Material	Standing Committee C was established to deal with all matters concerning Advanced Diploma, Higher Degree and other award bearing courses except the courses dealt with by Standing Committees A (see UCE/C/3) and B (see UCE/C/4). It consisted of one representative nominated by each University, two by the ATCDE, and one additional representative nominated by the Cambridge Institute. In 1973 the constitution was amended to allow universities (except the University of Wales) to increase their membership with the agreement of the Council and that University. King's College London was also now able to nominate a representative.
