This volume is arranged by class, and lists the names of the students enrolled and the fees paid, with the total amount payable to the tutor calculated at the end of each list. In most cases the total is signed by the relevant professor. With a matriculation list, list of College fees and "Statement of gross amount of division of fees" at the end of the book.
