Description | Reports written by Ethel Stead in her job as an NUWT Organiser. Organiser's were individuals whose job it was to visit branches in a given area and advice and encourage them on matters including membership drives, equal pay campaigns, and the organisation of meetings. These reports give details of the day-to-day activities of the Organisers.
