| Description | Correspondence between Ethel Froud (NUWT General Secretary) and Miss G. M. Chaplin regarding her work as an NUWT Organiser. An Organiser was employed by the NUWT to visit branches in a given area and advice and encourage them on matters including membership drives, equal pay campaigns, and the organisation of meetings.
