NB The Over Forty Association and the Over Thirty Association are the same organisation. The name changed from the Over Thirty Organisation to the Over Forty Association. They were a non-fee paying Agency licensed by London County Council, with the aim of helping find work for women over the age of thirty, then latterly, over the age of forty. The aim was to help women over these ages find work (acknowledging that older women find it more difficult to obtain employment) and to provide training to help with the return to work. |
