DescriptionPapers regarding central administration of the schools Old Girls' Associations; Minerva Network; and publicity for the Minerva Fund.

Most of the Trust schools had their own Old Girls' Association to keep in touch with former pupils which were formed at different dates. After the Trust reorganisation of 1992-1993, the Trust decided to establish a scheme run along the line of the assisted place scheme to make the Trust completely independent of the government. The Minerva fund subsumed the Bursaries Fund and became the only fund responsible for all gifts and bequests intended to finance bursaries at schools and means tested financial assistance. The Fund also created a pupils' network called the Minerva Network in October 1994. The Minerva Network arranges various events for its members and also provides a forum for former pupils from different generations.
