Description	Minutes and supporting papers of annual and extraordinary general meetings for shareholders in the Trust and its predecessors, including minute books, 1872-1968; and supporting papers, 1875-1905. The Girls' Public Day School Company held annual meetings for their shareholders from 1872. Extra ordinary meetings were also held for the shareholders to sanction any increases in the capital and major constitutional changes. No annual meetings were held after 1968, when the Trust had purchased the debenture stock from the former shareholders.
