| Description | Papers regarding international initiatives of the Institute of Education, mainly in the form of cooperation schemes, visits between the Institute and education institutions in other countries, and efforts to recruit international students to the Institute. The countries that the Institute had communications with in these papers are: Mauritius, Bangladesh, Egypt, China, Nigeria, Canada, India, USA, Brazil, Brunei, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, Benin, Venezuela, Kenya, Thailand, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand, Australia, and 'Swaziland' (now Eswatini). These papers also include details of the Institute's relations with the Islamic Cultural Centre, the Institute of Ismaili Studies, and UNESCO.
