| Description | Magazine of the London Day Training College (and from 1932 the Institute of Education). The magazine was edited by the Union Society but both students and staff contributed to it. They cover all aspects of student life (e.g. life at the London Day Training College / Institute of Education, social lives, courses, life in London) and include articles on many aspects of education and current affairs. In particular they contain many articles, reports, stories and poems about the First World War, the Second World War, the inter-war peace movement and Europe in the late 1940s and 1950s - particularly the rise of Communism.
There is not a complete run of magazines. There are no magazines from summer 1938 until early spring 1945; or from 1950-1951. |
