| Description | Malcolm Lilly's notebooks and research notes, includes a sequence of notebooks covering an extended period, in a variety of formats and used for a variety of purposes, including: an address book; lists of things to do; notes of meetings with UCL colleagues; European Federation of Biotechnology meetings; and bibliographical references. A notebook used from '11/10/1997' is identified as 'MDL's last notebook'. In addition there are research notes covering the period 1965-1997. Some identifiable groups of notes have titles such as 'Control Systems', 'Fermentation' and 'Progesterone Conversion' but many notes were found loose and in no order and are undated. The catalogue entries incorporate identifications by Mrs Sheila Lilly. |
