<li>Letters concerning the award of the Darwin and Copley medals to Francis Galton, with enclosed copy letter from Galton to the Royal Society informing them that he cannot collect the award in person, plus a clipping of Montagu Crackanthorpe's article about Galton, dated January 1911.</li>
<li>Letters granting permission to reproduce illustrations from Royal Society publications, plus a letter concerning the location of William Herschel's fingerprint document, thought to have been given by Galton to the Royal Society.</li>
