Description	Correspondence between Penrose and C E Ford regarding the number of chromosomes in Down's syndrome patients and karyotypic mosaics with enclosures. Includes details of two named Down's syndrome patients. Correspondence from C E Ford on behalf of the Medical Research Council (MRC) regarding a Forum organised by the MRC Committee on Protection Against Ionizing Radiation and a proposed European Society of Human Genetics. Also includes correspondence between Penrose and Ford on Leber's disease and gametic selection in the mouse. Enclosed copy of a report recommending Ford for the degree of DSc and a bibliography of his publications, 1960.
