There are further papers regarding the Soviet Union across the collection, notably relating to Simon's research on the Soviet Union in SIM/4/6 and correspondence with Soviet academics in SIM/2. Some files were originally catalogued by Don Jones as part of SIM/4/m (now SIM/4/6). They were removed to better reflect the content of the files. Don Jones' original reference has been retained in the AltRefNo field.
