David Gadsby Papers 'Bullock Committee: Minutes of Meetings and gen. corres. 1972' David Gadsby was Managing Director of A. & C.Black Ltd., publishers, at the time of his appoitntment to the Committee of Inquiry into Reading and the use of English in 1972. This material represents only a small portion of Gadsby's Committee paperwork; it is the only section that he had not disposed of by 1983, when they were donated to the National Primary Education Archive.
