Calendars These 'Calendars For The Year' are bound volumes which were published annually by the College of Preceptors (the predecessor body to the Chartered College of Teaching). Although the information included in the calendars varies over time, in general they contain the following type of information: - constitution and by-laws; - regulations for membership; - lists of Councillors and Officers and members of the Board of Examiners; - examination regulations; - lists of associates, members, fellows and licentiates; - names of prizewinners; - lists of schools submitting candidates; - reprints of examination papers; - lists of lectures and meetings. The examination papers are not reproduced from 1913 onwards. Lists of members give name, address and date of membership. There are some gaps in the sequence. 1880-1940
