Notebooks Christian Schiller kept detailed notebooks mainly containing notes for lectures or articles, ranging from initial drafts of scripts to the final versions. They also contain additional material, such as working notes and rough ideas. Sometimes inserts can be located within the notebooks which may be mathematical notes, markers, newspaper cuttings or typed notes etc. The series is incomplete as some of Schiller's notebooks were lost during Schiller's own lifetime [on a train]. c.1915-1976
