Research into the Volcanoes of Auvergne and Sir Humphry Davy (1778-1829) Letters to De Beer regarding his research into the volcanoes of Auvergne, and Sir Humphry Davy's European trip, 1812-1815. Accompanying the letters are postcard images of les Monts-Dome, and photostat excerpts from Davy's travel diary.
