Hacker-Pearson Photograph Album Photograph album containing photos of Helga Sharpe Pearson (Hacker) at various ages. Maria Sharpe Pearson, Karl Pearson, Egon and Sigrid appear in several photos. Many annotated on reverse; at least two were taken by W F R Weldon. Also includes photos of Helga's husband, Hal Hacker. Most are loosely tucked inside the album, a few photos at the front are pasted in with an envelope containing a lock of Helga's baby hair. Also in the album are letters, notes and poetry, indicating that the photos may have been collected by Hal Hacker. Includes a letter from Julia Sharpe to Dr Hacker originally enclosing photos of Helga; a poem by Lina Eckenstein for Hal and Helga; a poem by Julia Bell (signed 'JB'); a letter from Sigrid to Hal originally enclosing photos; a letter from Karl Pearson to Hal originally enclosing photos as a Christmas present.
