The first encloses a typed copy of a letter from W H Crosse regarding his efforts to obtain fingerprints and requesting more fingerprinting material. The second originally enclosed approximately 150 fingerprints from W H Crosse and has been annotated by Galton to show that the prints were forwarded to C S Collins. 13 Jan 1892
