  <dc:title>Henry, Sir Edward Richard</dc:title>
<dc:description>Letter from E R Henry to Galton dated 19 July only, enclosing a copy of Henry's book Classification and Uses of Finger-Prints (London: Routledge, 1900). Henry states that this publication is only a short manual, but had it been a longer book he would have dedicated it to Galton. The letter is attached to a copy of a paper by Henry titled "Finger Prints and the Detection of Crime in India[...]" and both are inserted inside the front cover of Henry's book. The pamphlet and book have been annotated by Galton.</dc:description>
