Generally these files include agendas; correspondence; reports to the committee from other committees; reports to the committee on experimental projects carried out in schools;  statements of payments for substitute teachers; issues regarding appointment and resignations of individual teachers; papers regarding scholarships including examiners' reports on scholarship entries; statistics regarding teaching staff and school leavers; some reports on training courses attended by teaching staff; request for leave from teaching staff; statistics regarding pupils. The minutes from these meetings were printed in the volumes containing the minutes of the meetings of the Council.     </dc:description>
