Share Ledgers Share ledgers and index recording share holders in the Trust from 1872. The early registers also contain an individual index. All the ledgers follow the same format and record name, address, occupation of shareholder and dates and numbers of shares taken. The entries are also annotated with later transfers and other alterations to the original shares. Therefore the covering date of each volume relate to the first entry in the volume to approximately the last date of any annotations. Many of the volumes also include legal documents and correspondence regarding share transfers. 1872-[1930s]
