<dc:title>From Envelope 'Letters of Mrs Grey from persons of note relating to education'</dc:title>
<dc:description>Letters from various correspondents to Maria Grey and Emily Shirreff mainly regarding the Women's Education Union and the initial creation of the Girls' Public Day School Company, including a list of the main correspondents written at a later date. It appears many of these letters were responses to requests for support from Maria Grey. Most of the letters are formal but a few of the letters appear to be from friends of Maria and are more informal. Also includes letters on the promotion of women's education and women's rights. Some of the letters were labelled with 'K' which has been noted in the descriptions. </dc:description>
